ok then lets call it a lash adjuster (2000gt4.6) since you know everything i think ill just pm you for grammar and spell check before i post because you obviously know all answer me this , ok i know theyre hydraulic if one wasnt pumped up or was stuck would it cause loud ticking noise comparable to a rod knock ... it is for sure not a rod knock it is coming from the top end and that could be the only thing i can think of and theyre is also nothing dropped into the engine
