Intake Cleanser??
You know, I'd have to say that this is the BEST Automotive forum I've been apart of folks!
To understand what I mean, others' that I've been affiliated with, I'd have to wait hours or days for a response. With this one, there's a response within minutes, and insight to help you along the way.
Major "props" you guys, and thank you.
Another question...
The Intake/Throttle body cleanser, is it safe to use on my car? Not trying to sound like a "newbie" to automobiles at all, but as you all know, every car is different in it's own way. I mean, with computers now-a-days.
I used it on my Probe GT, every oil change and had great results with no "backfires." I was just wondering if the same relates to the 4.6 rather than to the 2.5.
Again thank you for your help,
Phil

Yeah, I didn't want to comment first because I wasn't sure if this applied to all of our cars, or some of them or what, but for whatever cars it applies to, they sometimes put a teflon coating on the inside to help everything flow without sticking. If you use any fancy cleaners in there then you could break that down which you don't want to do.
