So i know it wont be entirely comparable... but does anyone have any idea what kind of exhaust, and possibly cam would make your car sound like the camaro here, if its too far irrelevant then ignore

Ur never gonna get a 281 to sound like a 346. Its just not gonna. You can make it sound great with some H/C/I and full exhaust.
