Sounds like a bad miss. If you change the plugs and it is still happening maybe your motor or tranny mounts are broken.

i jst took it to a shop and found out it was the plugs two of them had the sparker mashed down and in contact with the tip of the plug so it was no longer sparking at all. is there a bigger problem that causes this or is it jst the wear and tear on the plugs being accelerated by my supercharger

wow completely touching each other? when you put new ones in check them next time you do an oil change and regap them.

im not sure what the parts on the plug are called so im not sure if it was the electrode or not but the metal tab was pushed down in contact with the plug. and i went back to pick up my car and the guy told me that i also need to replace the coils so i have to wait til tomorow morning for that.
