I posted the same thing a while back and the difference is that the regular magnaflows are really deep and semi-loud while the magnapacks are really loud and semi-deep. I wanted deep sounding because I don't want it to be deafening loud so I have decided to go with the magnaflows. Check performancepeddler.com and you can get either for $360 shipped.

I have Magnaflows and it sounds deep and plenty loud. Any louder and you wouldn't be able to have a conversation in the car. The Magnapacks are too loud IMO.
