I was reading on other forums and i came upon something. It said that if u dont delete ur egr then Mac longtubes will mess your car up. Whats a egr delete???


"If you install the HTS coated ones and don't disconnect the EGR when you install them, you will score your cyl walls from the slag"

"If you are nervous at all about the macs just contact Randy here and get a 15 dollar egr delete and be done with it."

 

bump i wana know this to because i just got mac longtubes

 

exhaust gas recirculator....exhaust is circulated from the headers back into the intake manifold, a tuner will be able to turn it off...

 

Just get a custom tune and listen to your tuner...

 

So before i put my longtubes in i should turn it off with my tuner..??
