Im going to take a stab at this. Are you making a twin turbo set up where a second tb opens at a certain rpm to allow more air in?

Anyone have a stock throttle body they want to donate... or sell for like $20.

Are the throttle bodies the same size?
I am picturing some sort of attempt at an old-school 2-stage carb where you are using one
size tb for economy, then a second for power when needed.... Im not even close am I?

I don't understand why you guys are sweating this...
Even if you did mount 2 TPS, you only need 1 signal, meaning you'd only need 1 TPS all together..
Why not just plug the hole on the second TB, and make one slave to the other.. Who cares if one is at 1/2 to 1/4 while the other is WOT?? The MAF is only going to measure the intake charge, unless you're using 2 MAF's, which is just going to create more wiring/headaches than necessary..
Personally, I think I Know what you're trying to do, and I'll PM you to see if this is it.. Probably not, but after asking about degress of TPS differing, it only makes sense..
