Default P0171 and P0174

Alright, I understand these codes mean the stang is running lean, but what can be the cause? At first I thought it was the aftermarket MAF but it is calibrated for the correct injector size and the light didn't come on for about a week after adding it. Now I can clear the code and it will reappear after about 10 miles of highway driving. I also just put a new fuel filter on, to my dismay this didn't help either. I thought the previous one may have been clogged, but obvisously it wasn't. The car has also had a raised idle at times, although it also had this prior to the MAF change. Anyone got a clue on this?????

mine was doing the same thing... i did all the o2 sensors and that helped fot about 3 months. now all the symptoms are back... i was told it could be an injector... which totally makes sense, im trying that next. let me know if you find anything...
