i just bought bfg kdws g-force t/a. they look like super swampers. but let me tell you they hook perty good on a dry day, and even better on a wet day. but another awesome tire would be the goodyear eagle f1's but IMO they are a bit overpriced

Stay away from Sumitomos, I have them and with the stock gears I get no traction.
What kind of life are you willing to settle for. I've heard that the MT drag radials are good, but they don't last too long.

I run mickey thomsons new, sportsman tires,
but there for a 15" wheel 26x12-15
they shaved off 3 tenths in the 1000' drag.
and do pretty good on the street, but i dont see them lasting as long as a full street tire as they are pretty soft.

I think the Nitto DR's last around 10k with minimal track use. You could run the Nt555's up front and the drags on back.

What do you guys with DR's do when it rains? take the bus? DR's are dangerous in the rain so don't make a good DD tire.

The Goodyear F1-GSD3's are the best hooking street tire i've used...the BFG KDW's are another great choice.
