How do the new edge stangs fair against the lt1 camaro and trans ams?

I'm guessing it would be a driver's race. They are fairly equal in power (New Edge 260hp vs. LT1 275hp).

Well, I owned a 96 Z28 with LT ORY SLP lM a CC306 Cam and a set of 373s and a 3000 stall and i was running 12.77s Know my buddy has a 95 Z28 with a catback, Cold air, Thermo, Air foil and its lowered, it has a 6spd and he tore my 02gt up when he hit second, it was over The LT1's are trq monsters

Man, so stock for stock the new edge gts can't beat the lt1s either.Has the z28s and SS camaros really owned the mustangs from 93-2002?

The 99-04 GT's its a drivers race stock, with a slight advantage to the LT1. I beat an auto LT1 that had exhaust(not sure if it had headers) when I was bone stock. The 96+ cobras would take the LT1s for sure, so no the havent been owning mustangs since 93, just since 98....
