leave traction control off and im not sure yet on the o/d it seems like it dosnt do anything from a roll but when the car is moving it makes it pull alot harder about to 110 it levels off. Im still not sure yet on the o/d

O/D won't make a difference in the launch, and unless you're racing to 110ish or higher, you won't get into OD. Just leave it on.

Traction control is only going to make you bog. Leave it off. The first thing I do when I get in my car is hit the T/C button.

thats why you gotta get a tuner iused to aways forget to turn that dang button off at the track and my run would be wasted...now its off forever!

yeah O/D doesn't matter, but there's another thread just like this i read about 2 minutes ago, if you don't have a stall converter, best thing to do is hold in the break and gas until your tires spin and keep it just below that RPM that your tires start spinning so you can get the best takeoff

I tried this several times but it seems that at a very low rpm one or the other tire starts to spin. I barely give it and gas with full brake then right when its time to go just let go of the brake and floor it.
