o/r is much louder than catted. my combo of lt's, o/r h, and'packs really turns heads and makes neighbors hate you.

4.6 Exhaust Soundclips

If your wanting loud and a good brand... SLP and the Magnapacks will deffinetly get you there. Borla can still be loud but just about anything coupled with an O/R X will be very loud regardless of the catback you have.
