Straight throw flow isn't neccesarily better! You need some back pressure even with the newer motors!

Yeah deff, I would just go with a name brand high flow catted mid pipe. If you don't mind the sound got with SLP's they use a resonator instead of a muffler which seems to get more flow through..

This is a quote from the manager at my local advance auto parts store,"Magnaflow will yeild the most gains over any other catback on the market."

Now, personally if you give up the sound you want for 1 or 2 phonies then i think ur crazy. Find one you like and go for it! When i get my GT ill be goin with BBK LT's, O/R Prochamber, and LM1's!! I like my exhaust extra loud and annoying.
