If you people don't want to buy a new caliper, brother's performance sells a kit that will allow you to fit a 13" rotor to the rear, using the stock caliper. It's $68 for the pair of adapters... add $60-70ish each for a pair of new rotors, and you've got the upgrade done.

I have slotted/drilled rotors all around and they are SILENT. One in every 10 stops or so, they squeak under a certain brake pressure, but if I change brake pressure (more or less) and go back, no squeak. The pads aren't worn, I just forgot to break them in properly. I do have LOTS of stopping power though.

Edit: I will link the Brothers perf. kit for you guys later if anyone is interested. The bookmark is on my PC which doesn't work currently.

The noise you are hearing is common to that brake kit not drilled and slotted rotors. Because you bolt a extension bracket to the original bracket you are resignating the brake noise from the pads/rotors through the whole system. It does look good but the Cobra rear brake upgrade is far superior.

Thanks for the help. I'm planning on painting the calipers when the weather warms up a bit and I'll check them out then. It's not too bad just notice on the freeway when up next to barrier or something. Braking is noticably better though. As for price, not bad at $250. Kit includes rotors and caliper bracket.
