Default Prochamber...

I would like to get the Mac Prochamber mid pipe, and Bassani cat backs, stock headers.. would I be able to do this myself? Or would I need to weld them and what-not or fabricate any parts? Also would I notice a power change with this set-up?? All input welcomed, thank you.

if you have a lift you could def. do yourself but without a lift i would say it would be tough b/c there is no room to work

you can and should do it yourself. just make sure you have the right tools i.e. swivels and extensions.

you will gain a bit of power.. maybe 4-5rwhp... I did my midpipe with just 3 jacks... 2 for either side, and 1 to hold the midpipe up so we could bolt it up - really not to bad... but you will only gain a few ponies, not really enough to notice anything - it'll sound nice though.

Just get the car up on 4 stands, as high as they'll go, and slide on under and get to work. It's all bolts, no welding. You will want to soak all the existing bolts VERY well, overnight if possible, before you do the job though. I'd do it once, then an hour later once more and let it sit over night, then wake up and do it again, go eat breakfast, do it again as you get your tools out, then by the time you're down there they shouldn't be too bad. I pulled a stud out when I did my midpipe, so I'd just be safe and soak too much rather than too little (since you can't soak too much).

+1 on the soak your bolts. I nuked mine over and over again with PB Blaster and I still broke the threaded connector on the stock midpipe flanges. I had to replace both passenger side flange bolts with new bolts, nuts, and lock washers.
