Default New jersey- Long Tubes?

I know for a fact that New Jersey has emissions and visual inspection- I will be going catted for sure. What I want to know from any other Jersians out there, do long tubes qualify as a emissions fail with visual? Obviously you can get lucky and find a nice person who will overlook the long tubes, but I am talking technically here.

Default RE: New jersey- Long Tubes?

I moved to NC from Sussex County, NJ and my last '96 GT failed emissions because of the LT's. You have to go to a shop that would overlook that.
