wouldnt just notusing the a/c be better than having an underdrive pully on it? That way when u wanna get cool its not half *** because of the pullies??

Underdrive pulleys replace the crank, waterpump, and alternator.. Not the a/c..

even turning off the a/c the belt is still rotating the pulley... UDPs reduce rotational mass of the crank, and while increase size, decrease weight (not by much) on the waterpump(to compensate for the belt length). I didnt change the alternator, cause the instructions said not to (mach 1)

Yes Underdrive pullies will slow down your alternator and A/C!!! I would say turning your A/C off is better than putting on U/D pullies for the simple fact that you can have nice cold A/C when you want it! I will never put on U/D pullies on my car. I have one hell of a stereo that needs juice and I need A/C especially when I'm on the highway. I hate driving 75mph with hot air hitting me in the face! It's a fact that U/D pullies do not charge your battery properly when at an idle! Google it and you'll see
