Default Vortech V2 E Trim?

Hey guys, I'm still waiting for a quote for a new Vortech that I'm supposed to be gettingfor a pretty good discount, but I found a lite bar seller that happens to have an aftercooled V2 E Trim supercharger kit, with every piece of hardware, all fuel upgrades, an 8 Rib upgrade, plus canton Steering reservior/ coolant/and brake fluid?I think. The guy said $3500 for everything, but I think I can get it down to 3200ish. Any info on the E Trim? All Vortech's site says about it is that it is CCW rotation.. I know about the S Trims, but I just haven't really researched the E Trims. The charger was on an 01 Saleen pushing 517rwhp.. it had been on the car for 7000 miles. Thecar was in a rear end accident, and hes parting it out. Any opinions?

if it is the wrong rotation, you probably would most likely be able to run it... what motor was in the saleen? was it the E with the 351 with a vortech? was it the stock blower for the saleen...

I need to ask him tomorrow, because after I hung up I was thinking about what motor he would have in an 01 Saleen to handle 500+ to the wheels. It seems as if this wasn't his car, but maybe it was I don't know. Sounds like this guy is knowledable about cars, and buys wrecked ones to part them out for profit. He said quote " I'll be in and out of a couple auctions tomorrow, so call me whenever". I really don't know though, because he seemed like he knew pretty much everything I asked, except the tranny.

Google search:

Looks like the E was built to make a little more power in what looks like the same V2 housing. You might call vortech directly and find out if it will specifically work on your application.

Alrighty so I just got off the phone with Vortech. They told me that the impeller design is different, plus the CCW rotation. He said that the aftercooled kit with an 8 rib upgrade retails for about $5400 direct from Vortech. If i can get this guy down to like 3200ish, this is sounding like a pretty good deal to me.
