Clutch pedal dropped to the floor while driving yesterday. I pulled over and adjusted it way out and it works again, but someone suggested I may have popped a couple of lines on the cable. I can pull the cable out a few inches from the firewall adjustor now.

Any ideas? How would I check the cable, and would this be easy to replace?

Do you have an adjustable cable or just a firewall adjuster?

I'm not sure. I'd always assumed both. How would I check?

That I don't know but I do know if you try to adjust a nonadjustable cable you will f@*k it up.
