Hmmm. Today it just stopped being retarded and its acting normal. Now maybe I can put all this effort into finally fixing my reverse light switch, (probably go to sleep instead though). At least now i know how to fix it when it breaks for good.

You don't need to replace them all, just the one that's burned out--compare the left and right side directionals, whatever light isn't blinking on the left has the burned out filament...
