Default Advice on pipes vs. muffler vs. cat back?

Any ideas? I am currently running the hi flow catted x from steeda on my 04 mach 1. From there, I have just pipe out the back, no mufflers, no cat back. I think it sounds good and performs well. Anyone agree/disagree, what advantage would I get by adding anything else?

I've heard of people runnin straights, mufflers w/ no cats... or of course cats and muffs.... but honestly I've never really heard of runnin straights back from the cats...

It will sound lots better with mufflers in my opinion. It will have a nice tone and it will make it deeper.. depending on your choice of mufflers. But if you like how it sounds now then more power to ya

Mmm...yeah i just have pipe off of the midpipe. I have had flows, mac and dynomax systems and to me, none of them sound as good as the welded pipe that sits where the mufflers used to. The rest of the tailpipe is stock of course.
