Default Throw-out/Roller bearing

Okay my tranny squeaks at idle and while I'm driving and I'm guessing these are the problem. My clutch still grabs fine and everything else so I don't feel a big need to replace it. How much have you guys paid to get these replaced? The bearings are cheap but I'm worried about labor.

Labor will be expensive; i've never have taken my car to a shop so I dont know what they charge, but do you have long tubes? If you do your price will go up exponentially.
