6 bolt crankshaft
I'm trying to find out if I can put a 6 bolt GT crankshaft in a windsor block, I've been getting mixed responses.
I bought a 6 bolt flywheel a few months ago for my 02 explorer engine I have now. I'm rebuilding my 99 gt block and I thought I read somewhere that the 6 bolt crank will fit the romeo block only, is this true or can I put a 6 bolt crankshaft in this 99 GT windsor block?

The mach 1s come with a WAP block..(windsor aluminum plant) and the autos come with a 6 bolt crank and the manuals come with a 8 bolt.... Also the new explorers come with a WAP block also and im sure those are a 6 bolt...
