Ones of my headlights is all foggy, and scratched up. So I wanna buy stock smoked ones like the 04s came with. For some reason this says 01-04 only will it fit my 99?

Yes they will. I did that to my 99 gt. It made the car look so much better.

they should fit but before you buy those u might want to think of something that is alot cheaper... i had the same problem with my headlights when i bought the car and thought that i was gonna gave to buy new ones but instead i just got it fixed at my local dealership for $54... it completley changed the look and they look great. all it needs is color sanding and buffing and it will be as good as new
