Ok i am totally stumped. I can t figure out why my gauges wont "glow". Perhaps, i havent hooked the remote power wire up to the right one yet. I have done some research and read that its the grey wire(which i have currently tapped into now) but i have nothing. PLEASE HELP !!!!!

i tapped into the only grey wire and it didnt work, its actualy the BIG BROWN ONE IN THE MIDDLE on some cars.

as you can see in this picture we had tapped into the wrong wire, its the big thick brown one in the middle that actualy gave power to mine.

I read on American Muscle that you have to tap into the grey wire, but then I read a thread on here where the kids wouldnt work until he tapped into the brown wire (I think). Dont quote me on that, I'm sure it will come up if you do a search though.

yes, its only like two bolts and its ALOT easier to get at the wires. at that point my car had been apart in the garage for two days so i was getting pissed(had work/school). what we ended up doing is stripping the plastic coating from the brown wire and wrapping the power wire around that and sealing it with electrical tape. its worked fine for two months now.... im just now getting my needles to not stick [:@] after some ghetto fabbing.

the gauges look sick tho, it was all worth it.
