Looks good! And a question for all concerning TBs. I have seen posts concerning a "whistling" noise after installing a new TB. I am thinking of a BBK TB and plenum, but do not want that "extra" sound. Any comments?

Thanks!

GTHOPEFUL,, check out the How to section in the sticky's, I did a write up on t/b plenum installs a while back.

Yes there is a whistle that shows up if you have a CAI too, I personally like it, it's not like a loud anoyying whistle, it's a cool whistle while your accelerating or cruising at a high RPM, sounds sick at about 3500rpm if you romp on it you can hear the WHOOSH as it sucks in all the air

No - you should not have a whistle if you do then - you have a gap somewhere. I have BBK TB and Upper Plentum along with K&N full CAI kit and have not whistle. Overall, the $400 was costly for the performance but good for future mods.

I had a whistle on both the GTs that I've had after installing diff. TB/Plenum/CAI combos. I like the sound and have no leaks...I think the mods. are well worth it and look a lot better than stock! Good job on the install.

I read that but couldnt really find a spot where you described how to disconnect the cruise control cable.
