Default Subframe Connectors or Jacking Rails?

I put my car on jackstands about twice a month, I've noticed the stock subframes are starting to bow inward, if I get some weld in SFC's can i jack the car up using those instead of the stock subframes, if not I remember reading about jacking rails, same thing or different?

Default RE: Subframe Connectors or Jacking Rails?

jacking rails and sub frame connectors are different but they serve the same purpose.. tightening your frame.

yes you can jack your car up by SFC's.
