Default compression w/ pi swap

What would I need to do to keep the compression the same when I do my PI swap? (heads, intake and cams) I know the pistons are different sizes in the 99 - up motors so would I just need to change my pistons? Any one who has done this? I don't really want to swap the entire motor becuase a) mines only got 24k on it and b) I just found a set of complete heads and intake with 10k for $400 shipped. I want to keep the compression the same becuase I want to run a supercharger in the near future so I wanna do w/e is needed now.

You can grind out the combustion chamber walls. Sean Hyland reccomends do this in one of his books about the modular engines.
