Tell what you think. Iam sick of my stock hood. I have a 99 gt with no scoop. I wanna take a carbonfiber hood and paint around the edge ofit like 2" in. The idea came from my friends 70 boss with a flat black hood. My car is dark green so i think it would work out good. After that i was thinking about putting the agent 47 spoiler on it. Iam joining the scca so the wing will a reason to be on the car. I just dont want a huge whale tail on the car all the time.


Or i could just get a fiberglass hodd an do the flat black like the boss.

I think cobra r hoods look really good on new edges, I would go for that badboy!!

They have Carbon Fiber Cobra 'R' hoods, lol...

Actually, I love the 03/04 Cobra hood... my favorite parts about my car are the hood and my spoiler... and the heat extractor is actually functional! lol

I dont think it'd look good... the dual color cars rarely look good... I would think you'd need something else to accent the hood if you did it....

Screw it i putting a 3" cowl on and running it that way. Any idea on cost to paint a hood?
