+1 on O2 sensor but your maf sensor could be bad or fuel pump. pretty much the only way to tell for sure is to get it scanned and anyone who knows how to use a scan tool should be able to tell you what the problem is.

Think I got it, it was number 4 coil on plug, picked one up at the auto parts store and got it with first try, hopefully this is for sure I need to drive it for a couple more days to be for certain but definetly so far it has fixed it.
