Default Changing the instrument cluster lens

Early in my '02 GT's life a previous owner must have cleaned the instrument lens with steel wool.
Until now it has not bothered me. I found them for sale at latemodelrestoration.com for $39.99.
It now bugs me that mine is scratched.

How difficult is it to replace this part?

Thanks,
Rich

No ****, your previous owner and mine's must had been buddies. If $40 is all that is keeping me from a new shield, here I come!

It comes with the back too? Or just the clear plastic? Mine isn't the special 35th, but wouldn't the silver back......
