No problem. It's a direct swap, so it's basically:
1. Disconnect everything-have a beer
2. Take out with engine hoist-have a beer
3. Have a beer- why not 2?
4. Drop new engine in- have a beer
5. Re connect everything- have a beer
6. Have another beer.- hell, just get a keg!

Swap it to what? Are you putting another 4.6 engine in? If it's just a new engine and the same PI 4.6, I'd say a day if you have a decent idea what you're doing.
