Default Plastic intake manifold.......

Yeah we all know it sucks. I went ahead and bought the replacement with the aluminum crossover. I bought the Dorman. Does it comewith everything i need? I read something about replacing the injector o-rings? Is this true? Also is there a write-up on this and mabey some pictures showing semebody replacing it? I'm think i can do it myself. Ive got all the tools and i really don't want to pay somebody to replace it. It really doesn't look hard to replace.
