yes headlight bulbs can be replaced very easily as well. The headlights are held in there with two clips(for lack of a better word), once you pull them out it will take you a couple of seconds to put the new bulbs in.

Hm so I tested trying to get the high beams to click on with the switch on even though the headlights don't work and they wouldn't go as if the headlights werent on but flashing the headlights WORKS and the lights function.

Maybe fuse for the headlight module is blown? Or maybe a wire is fried in the headlight switch?
