Lowering Spring

Lowering Spring
I went to do my springs today and when i was trying the back, the bolt on the control arm would just spin with the bushing. Anyway to get around this or am i gonna have to destroy the bushing? I tried hittingthe end of the boltwith a hammer and prying on it but nothing, any other ideas?
