i just went to oak island and back, bout a 3-4 hour drive each way. that was a painnn in my ***, but didn't really bother my back. Glad im a youngster.

I'm a West coast guy so I don't know what states back East have 93 octane. I'm stuck with 91. If all the states you are going through have 93, I'd stick with your current tune. As far as advice for a long trip make sure your tires are properly inflated, spare tire is in good shape AND has air in it, fresh oil/filter change and all other fluids topped off. Take emergency cash or a credit card with you that you don't plan on spending unless something goes wrong. Only you know your car.
