Same as all the rest of opinions, Call around or do it yourself. Suspension is so easy a monkey could do it. I know you said you don't have tool but, Honestly if you own a Modded car or own a car more than 5 years old, you should have 2 things.
1. A basic tool kit and
2. A MULTIMETER... ..and know how to use it!

You don't have to be a mechanic to know how to use these things, just a basic knowledge of relationships. (Mechanical not boy/girl)

I don't know if your Sub Connectors require welding but if not, you could buy the basic tool to install everything for cheaper than they are quoting. And, get the satisfaction of completing something like this on your car! Then if your GF see you all greasy she'll think it's hot and tell all her GF's that your a stud even if your not! lol

$900-$1000 for minor suspension stuff, they have to be out of their mind. I spent 2 hours last weekend installing shocks, struts, and 4 bolt cc plates on my friends 96 cobra. I would have taken an extra 10 min to swap out the springs. So if I was a shop and charged about $69 an hour for labor it would be under $200.
