I just use my E-brake then try to spin the tires.... Doesn't work for some strange reason

Hmmm.... maybe thats because your e-brake locks up the rear...Just maybe.... I can smoke the tires with little or no brake pressure at all, but not like a manual. The slushbox makes the power transfer a lot weaker. If you can't burn rubber driving a GT, you need to cut up your license!
Ok, so I didn't put a smilely after that comment... but you had to know I was kidding about that

burn outs r fun maybe that why my rear tires r almost bald LOL

my dad always tells me that burn out r really bad for ur car. they r just bad for ur tires. right? once ur tires start spinning their isnt that much force on the car (like the engine, tranny, flywheel, cams, rears end). or im i just miss informed?

Well a brake stand is not really that great on your back brake pads and of course your tires are gonna be bald after a while but other then that nope.

It puts more wear on your car than you think. The whole drivetrain....clutch, tranny, u-joints, rear end. Even when the tires are spinning there still is resistance. Its not horrible but not the greatest.

As far as burning tire goes, in stock form mashing it from a stand still in my car the tires will start to break loose alittle and mines a 5 spd. I wouldn't expect to much tire burning from pulling out fast stock. If you really want to burn tire you can brake tourqe it or get a line lock. Line lock is alittle better for the car because your rear brakes aren't being held on.
