Thanks very much everyone.

A final question: I'm gonna replace my serpentine belt too while I'm at it, so should I take it into Ford and have the dealer charge me an a$$ load or is replacing the pulley and belt a pretty simple job?? If its pretty easy and would be cheaper for me to do it myself can someone tell me how to do this?

Screw the dealership, they're a rip off....should be easy enough to just do yourself. UPD's dont come with replacment idlers....so you should be fine replacing the pulley and the belt.

Is there any special way to do this? Or is it just a couple bolts?
