I don't mean to be a dick, but I think anybody with HID is rude. it blinds just about anybody on the road, and literally while I was out and obout I saw a headlight 10 ****ing blocks away. That's over doing it. That being said, and politics aside...

I prefer halogen bulbs. They're bright enough to improve visibility, give a whiter light, but they achieve what I feel the goal of bright lights is to me, they get me noticed. Not enough to **** anybody off, thank god. But noticed. Any cop on the same street lines up behind me now, though. [>:]

I think they're jealous, cuz every now and then they turns thiers on, too. [:'(]

Just lost my post. Out here, there's deer, two lane streets @ 55 mph for 20 minutes to get anywhere, I want bright lights so I don't hit a deer, all the ****ing drunk drivers out there can deal with it. A deer at 55 will **** up your car something good.

There's very little vertical scattering with the stock bulbs, but lots of horizontal scattering, I get V-shaped patterns extending from the car with the low beams on, but the highs are just fine.

Yes, 4300-12000k do give off different amounts of light technically, but the difference is so small that you will never notice.

I feel that same way also. A few times they were so bright, I nearly drove off the road because I couldn't see jack. Get some low low bulbs. ...when I first saw the thread title I thought it said "those with hit kids"

I have the 8000k low beam only headlights and 8000K fogs too. I should have gotten the kit with high beams, but the lows do a fine job most of the time. I love them. The bulbs don't shake or anything. I think for optimum lighting the projector headlights really do a better job.

i just got mine and love them. one of the most practical mods i did to the stang because of safety. Around here a few streets are very dark and they made driving a whole lot safer. I love em and they dont bounce around
