I'm going to assume you used the factory TBS on the Accufab?
Why would you swap out your TB/Plenum because of a TBS CEL?
Did you index the TPS properly?

Did you adjust the TPS to .98 volts or so with the ignition switch "on" but car not running?
Are you sure you put the TPS on correctly?
You have to get the shaft into the slot of the TPS before you snug down the screws.

What was wrong with the Accufab unit?

Certainly check for the .98 volts as stated above. Check that the butterfly is not 'sticking' too far open (a little open may be acceptable via set screw, but not like due to carbon buildup or interfearence or cable kinks.) Double check the vaccuum lines making certain you are not sucking unmetered air. Check that your TPS is not 180 degress out of index (from memory, it's like a knife blade and possibly to get rotated wrongly I think - been a while since I did mine). Also - a TPS can go bad. I bought a TB from E-bay (just to port and polish it) and the TPS that it came with had similar symptoms no matter what I tried. Luckily my OEM TPS is still fine. Hope this helps.
