trac-control light is always on, when i click it nothing happends!!!

If you want to figure out what is wrong, listen to what we say, Ill even state it agian for you.
Your car probly has been tuned by the previous owner to ALWAYS HAVE TRACTION CONTROL OFF therefore the light is ALWAYS ON.
Now go outside do a burnout and see what happens and tell us. Dont post anything else until you answer that question.
