Default 99 gt mustang

my bros 99 gt stang has a problem when he turns the wheel at a stop it makes a sound i cant explain it. its sound like something is dry, im thinking it the rack and pinion or the outter tie rod ends or something related to that. any one had this problem???

yes i did its perfect its actually my car it only makes that sound when i turn the wheel. it sounds like something is dry! dont know if its normal my old stang use to do it but i would lube some parts and it would go away. but my 99 gt has nothing that can be lubed!

Mine is having the same problem. But I've been to lazy to check the power steering fluid because it is WAY too cold outside.
