Underneath Rear Seat

my vert hasnt had any water underneath the seat. id think water + under a seat = mold.. no thanks. check your weatherstripping if youre getting water in ur car
Car is fine.
What happens is that the drain holes are on the sides of the car and water will run down the edges where the top meets the black metal trim.
The water is supposed to exit at the drain holes on the sides but sometimes if you take a sharp turn or something a little bit will find it's way into the
seat well before it hits the drains.
I'm talking about a teaspoon or two, not gallons
It's normal operation and it doesn't stay there long enough to cause mold.
IOW it evaporates.
Look at the edges of the car behind the speakers and you will see the drain holes.

See the grommet on the left side of Sap's picture?
Keep going to the left, toward the edge of the car and you will see the drain.
There is one on the other side of the car as well.


BTW, you want to make sure they are clear because if they are not, guess where all the water ends up?
