Crank pulley will not come off!!!!

Crank pulley will not come off!!!!
I switched the alternator and waterpump pullies with no problem. i have the harmonic balancer puller on and can not seem to get it off. I have tightened the puller so tight that the engine is turning with it. Anybody experienced this? Should i put some heat to it with a torch?

I wouldnt heat it with a torch because of the rubber balancer that is on the pully. You could probally get away with heatin it a bit but be extremly careful as those pullies arent cheap. Never experienced that problem.

I just put on Steeda UDP's about a week ago. I got my balancer puller from Autozone. It was pretty heavy duty and did the trick. Maybe you need to get a better puller and put some WD40 on the shaft. I did mine with the engine cold. I let it sit overnight. The engine wasn't hot when you started this, was it?
