Alright guys gonna check on all the suggestions tonight...Oh and the wheels are HRE 547R's sorry no close ups. I would get one but unfortuneatly I no longer have that car, I'm back with a GT.

you may also want to try disconnecting the neg battery cable (to reset the pcm) for 10 min, hook back up. start up. let the car idle for 30 seconds then hit the gas let it idle for another 2 min. go drive it.

also... maybe cleaning/replacing the air/fuel filter

Umm Check for Vacuum Leak. Check PCV Valve Hose (under cold air). I had the Same Problem. Now i just got shytt gas and messing with 02's and having like symptoms.... Check for the PCV Valve hose to be pinched/Collapsed.
