Has anyone ever used a MAFterburner or heard good things about it?

Its basically a system you plug into your computer and you can tune your air/fuel via a laptop computer..here is their website: http://www.mafterburner.com/

The electronics are kind of new to me. It seems like you can do all that with a power programmer. Am I right or does is this supposed to target other areas of the engine?<IMG alt=Confused border=0 onclick="AddSmileyIcon'smileys/smiley5.gif'" src=smileys/smiley5.gif border="0">
