Default Cluthc and Flywheel

my clutch is going out nad I need to get it replaced (going with SPEC Stage 1)

Will I have to replace my flywheel as well.......and if so would it be worth it to get the aluminum flywheel??????

You can get your stock flywheel resurfaced for like 30 bucks. No need to buy a new one unless its damaged. There are mixed reviews for aluminum flywheels on the street.

that is what one shop told me and I wanted to make sure that they were'nt pulling my chain


so getting an aluminum flywheel would not be worth it.......Would I feel the gains???

There is no power increase with the aluminum flywheel. It will make your car's engine speed increase and decrease quicker, because it is less rotational mass. Which is good and bad. You car will wind up quicker, but drop rpms quicker between shifts, and bea tad more tricky to get moving off the line.
