Default passenger side steering rack joint

I think that the passenger side of my steering rack is messed up. I am loosing some power steering fluid and the joint on control arm connection to the steering rack creaks ALOT. it almost sounds like a isolatorless spring that is out of place but it is definitely the steering rack tie rod connection but not the connection to the control arm but rather the tie rod connection to the steering rack (probably messed up by bad spring installation not disconecting the steering rack from the front control arm.) Please advise, is this an easy fix i can just put a new joint in? or do i need a whole steering rack?

Time for a rack...sorry.

Save yourself some trouble and get a Ford reman. I never had any luck with remans from AZ or Advance. I will only go to Ford for that stuff from now on.
