Default 4th Gear Timing Pull?

On the highway in 4th gear around 4200 RPM my car seems to bog down and hold back power. I think that it is pulling timing because of fuel. I did a 4v swap with a lot of mods and i am running off the stock 2003 GT fuel pump and ECU. I have 24 lb injectors so it is rich at idle but i think that up higher it may lean out because of fuel pump problems. Has anyone had this problem with a 4v swap. I have a 99 cobra fuel pump that can go in but i just want to make sure that this is the problem before i do that.

You might need to upgrade to the 255 lph pump aka the SVT focus pump. I looked around and it looks like the 2001 cobras had a bigger fuel pump. i know the 03-04's had bigger ones too, beacause of the S/C.

yea but i thought that i would be ok with the stock gt ecu. the cobra pump is bigger i just need to get a wideband to see if i am leaning out up top. I dont think that it is a computer issue because it runs fine in the lower rpms. i think i am going to install the fuel pump anyway and see if it fixes the problem
